Academy VLE (Moodle)

The Cheadle Acadeemy MoodleThe Cheadle Academy has a well-resourced and utilised used Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). The Cheadle Academy used the Moodle platform which allows students and staff to interact in a safe environment, something which aids the learning process both inside and outside of The Cheadle Academy.

The Cheadle Academy VLE is split into individual subject sections, each containing resources, activities and assessment which all aim to maximise students potential. The use of Moodle also enables parents to keep closer tracks on the constant progress which their child is making at any particular point in the academy year.

The Cheadle Academy believes that the link between parent and academy is just as important as that of academy and pupil. This is why ALL parents / guardians can apply to have access to our VLE, which will provide you with the following information on a constant, real-time basis;

  • Attendance (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly)Cheadle Academy Moodle
  • Student Timetable
  • Student Assessment Grades / Progress
  • Electronic Copies of Academy Reports
  • Electronic Copies of Academy Letters
  • Real-Time Behaviour Reporting
  • Real-Time Achievement Reporting
